The Atlantic Hockey Federation had its second showcase this past weekend for 12U A and 12U B. 161 games were played among 81 teams at this showcase. Here are some standout teams from this past weekend.
Maryland Jr Black Bears White 12U A (12-2-0): The Maryland Black Bears White went 2-2 on the weekend against Valley Forge, NJ Stars, Metro Militia, and the Long Island Rebels. Jackson Crigger had five goals for the team which brought him up to 45 points this season.
Southern Maryland Sabres Gold 12U A (12-0): With an undefeated record coming into the showcase, the Sabres continued that streak this past weekend. Tyler Thir had five goals this past weekend helping the team outscore their opponents 22-7 in their four games.
NJ Bandits Red 12U A (13-0): With the best record in the AHF right now, the NJ Bandits Red continued their hot streak this past weekend. James Maclaren had a team-high six goals against the four teams, giving him 20 goals on the season in just 13 games played.
NJ Sportscare Kings Blue 12U A (11-0): Justin Kinnier helped lead the NJ Sportscare Kings Blue to a team-high of 6 goals this past weekend. Kings Blue is undefeated on the season and looks to continue their streak as they play against the New Jersey Stars this Sunday, November 13.
Metro Militia 12U B (12-0): Metro Militia had a strong showcase weekend going 4-0 which brought them to a 12-0 undefeated record. Michael Russo led the Militia to a season-high of four goals in one game against Tomorrow’s Ice North Stars Red on Sunday, November 6.
Jersey Shore Wildcats Black 12U B (11-1): The Jersey Shore Wildcats Black team had an undefeated showcase weekend outscoring their opponents by a score of 20-8. The Wildcats had eight different players score and Parker Bell led the team with five goals in four games.
