Since 1987 the Santini Family has taken great pride in helping players develop through coaching and providing positive experiences. Initially based at the Long Beach Arena before building the Brewster Ice Arena in 1997, their organizations (The Westchester Express, NY Apple Core, Brewster Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs) have helped to launch hundreds of players towards reaching their goal of playing NCAA hockey, with several more going on to play professionally.
