The 18U Carolina Jr. Hurricanes have officially advanced to the USA Hockey Nationals Championship Game in the 18U 1A division after a dominant performance in the semifinals.

The Jr. Hurricanes punched their ticket to the final with an impressive 7-0 victory over the Tulsa Jr. Oilers. Goaltender Gavin Lowry was outstanding between the pipes, turning aside all 14 shots he faced to earn the shutout, while Cooper MacDonell led the offensive charge with a three-point performance.

Now, it all comes down to one final game.

The Jr. Hurricanes will face the Greenville Rage for the USA Hockey 18U 1A National Championship, with puck drop set for 9:00 AM.

One game. One goal. A national title on the line.

The stage is set for one of the biggest events in youth hockey as USA Hockey Nationals get underway, and the Atlantic Hockey Federation will be well represented. Teams from across the league are heading to Nationals ready to compete against the best programs in the country and continue their seasons on the national stage. 🏒🇺🇸

Action kicks off with a familiar matchup in the 18U division, as the Arizona Bobcats and Team Philadelphia meet once again in a rematch of their AHF playoff semifinal battle. After a hard-fought meeting during the AHF postseason, the two teams will renew their rivalry with even more on the line as Nationals begin.

Across multiple age groups, AHF programs have earned their way to Nationals through strong seasons and standout performances. The league will be represented by teams competing at the 14U, 16U, and 18U levels.

After three weekends of unforgettable action, the 2026 AHF Playoffs have officially come to a close. From the opening puck drop to the final championship horn, teams across every division battled through intense round robins, high-stakes semifinal matchups, and win-or-go-home finals in pursuit of a league title. Packed rinks, clutch performances, and championship moments defined the postseason as players left everything on the ice in the chase for an AHF banner.

AHF Playoffs Weekend #1 delivered three full days of high level hockey. After a hard fought round robin on Saturday and Sunday, the semifinal matchups fell into place. By Championship Monday, it was win or go home with banners on the line. 🏒🔥

Every division earned its path the hard way, battling through pool play before advancing to the semifinal stage across rinks throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

🏒 9U AA
 Round robin action at Hollydell set up a semifinal field featuring the Philadelphia Blazers, Mercer Chiefs, Ashburn Xtreme, and PHA Icemen. After intense semifinal matchups, the Mercer Chiefs rose to the top and captured the 9U AA Championship.

🏒 10U AA
 Wissahickon Warriors, Hollydell Hurricanes, Darien, and Ashburn Xtreme battled through pool play before the semifinals took shape. On Championship Monday, the Hollydell Hurricanes claimed the 10U AA title.

🏒 10U AA Silver
 At Ice Land, Rockets HC, Haverford Hawks, Ramapo Saints, and PAL Blue Knights fought through round robin play to earn semifinal spots. The Rockets finished the job and brought home the Silver banner.

🏒 12U Lemieux Silver
 PBK, Red Bank Generals, VFC, and Philadelphia Blazers competed at Ice House, with semifinal winners advancing to Monday’s final. PAL Blue Knights (PBK) captured the Silver Championship.

🏒 13U AA
 NJ Bandits, Philadelphia Blazers, Ashburn Xtreme, and MYHA pushed through a competitive round robin to earn semifinal berths. In the end, Ashburn Xtreme emerged as 13U AA Champions.

🏒 14U AA
 North Jersey Avalanche, Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Ashburn Xtreme, and Arizona Bobcats West battled at Jersey Shore Arena before the semifinals narrowed the field. The Arizona Bobcats claimed the 14U AA Championship.

🏒 15U AA
 Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Hollydell Hurricanes, Littleton Hawks, and Philadelphia Blazers competed for semifinal positioning at Northeast Skate Zone. On Monday, the Hollydell Hurricanes secured the 15U AA title.

🏒 16U AA
 Wissahickon Warriors, Wolfpack HC National, MYHA, and PAL Blue Knights advanced out of round robin play into a tightly contested semifinal round. The PAL Blue Knights captured the 16U AA Championship.

🏒 16U Gretzky
 Haverford Hawks, Jersey Shore Wildcats, MYHA Blue, and Southern Maryland Sabres battled through pool play before the Sabres powered through the semifinal round. The Southern Maryland Sabres lifted the Gretzky banner.

🏒 16U Lemieux
 Wissahickon Warriors, Jersey Shore Wildcats, St. James HC, and Tri City Eagles Red earned semifinal spots after competitive round robin play. St. James finished strong to win the Lemieux Championship.

🏒 18U AA
 Team Philadelphia, Igloo Jaguars, Littleton Hawks, and Arizona Bobcats battled at Igloo Ice Arena before semifinals determined the finalists. The Arizona Bobcats claimed the 18U AA Championship.

🏒 18U Gretzky
 VFC Dunleavy, Wolfpack HC, Wissahickon Warriors, and Ashburn Xtreme pushed through round robin competition at Pennsauken and Igloo. The Wissahickon Warriors emerged as 18U Gretzky Champions.

Weekend #2 of the AHF Playoffs brought another packed slate of semifinal and championship action across multiple rinks. From 8U through 14U, teams battled through competitive matchups to earn their place in the finals, and by the end of the weekend a new group of champions had claimed their banners. 🏆🏒

 Semifinal action at Revolution Ice Gardens featured Central PA Lancers, Jersey Hawks, NJ Aviators Elite, and Skylands Selects. After advancing through the bracket, the championship spotlight ultimately belonged to Toms River, who captured the 8U AA title.

 At Klick Lewis Arena, Philly Fire and Igloo Selects met for the Silver Championship, with Philly Fire finishing on top.

🏒 10U Gretzky
 A direct championship matchup saw York Devils and MYHA square off at Revolution Ice Gardens. The York Devils earned the Gretzky banner.

🏒 10U Lemieux
 Wissahickon Warriors, Jersey Shore Wildcats, Frederick Freeze, and Jr Black Bears battled through semifinals at Northeast Skate Zone before the final at Revolution Ice Gardens. The Jersey Shore Wildcats claimed the championship.

🏒 10U Lemieux Silver
 Klick Lewis Arena hosted semifinal matchups featuring MYHA Gold, TI North Stars, Team Philadelphia, and York Devils. After advancing through the bracket, MYHA secured the Silver title.

🏒 10U McDavid
 Philadelphia Blazers, NJ Bandits (Trotter), St. James HC, and PAL Blue Knights met at Grundy Ice Arena before the championship at Revolution. The PAL Blue Knights rose to the top.

🏒 10U McDavid Silver
 PAL Sound Tigers, Igloo Jaguars, York Devils, and Lehigh Valley Phantoms battled at Klick Lewis Arena. The PAL Jr Islanders captured the Silver Championship.

🏒 12U Gretzky
 Tom’s River, Team Philadelphia, MYHA, and PAL Sound Tigers competed across Jersey Shore Arena and Howell Ice Arena before the championship game. Tom’s River earned the Gretzky title.

🏒 12U Lemieux
 Team Philadelphia Orange, Wolfpack HC, PAL Sound Tigers, and St. James HC battled at Igloo Ice Arena. In the final, St. James secured the championship.

🏒 12U McDavid
 Skylands Kings, York Devils, St. James HC, and MYHA Blue fought through semifinals before the championship at Jersey Shore Arena. The York Devils brought home the banner.

🏒 12U McDavid Silver
 At Klick Lewis Arena, Philadelphia Blazers and MYHA Gold met for the Silver title, with the Philadelphia Blazers earning the win.

🏒 14U Gretzky
 Team Philadelphia, North Jersey Avalanche, Southern Maryland Sabres, and Jr Black Bears battled at Pennsauken and Igloo. The Southern Maryland Sabres emerged as champions.

 Valley Forge Colonials and MYHA Gold met at Igloo Ice Arena for the title, with Valley Forge Colonials earning the McDavid banner.

 Bridgewater Sports Arena hosted semifinal action featuring Bridge Hockey Club 2017s, Philadelphia Resistance, Piney Pirates, and LI Monarchs 2017. After earning their spot in the final at Igloo Ice Arena, Bridge Hockey Club 2017s finished the job and captured the 8U AAA Championship.

🏒 11U AA
 Team Philadelphia, NJ Jets, Ashburn Xtreme, and PHA Icemen battled it out in semifinal play at Igloo Ice Arena. After advancing to the final, the PHA Icemen delivered when it mattered most to earn the 11U AA banner.

🥈 11U AA Silver
 Red Bank Generals, Dynamo HC, NY Arrows, and Rockets HC (Taffo) competed in semifinal matchups before Championship Sunday. The Red Bank Generals rose to the top to claim the Silver title.

🏒 12U AA
 At Grundy Ice Arena, Igloo Jaguars, Wintersport Royals, Hartford Jr Wolfpack, and Rye Rangers HC battled for semifinal positioning. The final matchup at Igloo Ice Arena saw the Royals secure the 12U AA Championship.

🥈 12U AA Silver
 Ice Vault hosted semifinal and final action featuring Frederick Freeze, Jersey Colts, Red Bank Generals, and NY Arrows. The Frederick Freeze capped off the weekend by earning the 12U AA Silver banner.
