Juliette enjoys playing center and thrives on aggression, speed and loves to win puck battles. She enjoyed a summer of hard work on the ice developing skating and stickhandling skills.

Lennon Forczek, Igloo Jaguars

Lennon is entering his first year with the Jaguars eager to make an impact. He is a hard worker that will bring excitement and energy to the team.

Greg Alashaian, NJ Bandits Grey

Greg is a fast skating forward with an accurate shot who will look to make a big impact this weekend at the AHF’s first showcase.

Greg Watkins, Delaware Ducks

Greg is a forward with a lethal combination of speed and hands. He is tough for a defenseman to contain when he gets a burst of speed up the ice.

Johnny Gallagher, Royals Hockey Club National

Johnny is forward capable of playing both wing and center. He is an excellent playmaker with the ability to put the puck in the back of the net as well.

Patrick Powers, Team Philadelphia

Patrick uses his speed when he is out on the ice to make an impact. He is an excellent puck-mover and uses his ability to help his team win.

Liam Chris-Luca, Igloo Jaguars

Liam is a new addition to the Jaguars that coaches are excited about. He possesses a great hockey instinct as he looks to make an impact this weekend.

Blase Bozzuto, Ashburn Xtreme 2

Blase’s combination of speed and stickhandling skills make him dangerous to opposing defensemen. In an era where speed is the name of the game, this is definitely a forward to keep an eye out for.

Vincent Tirado, Jersey Shore Wildcats

Vincent has the excellent puck-moving ability to help set his teammates up for goals. He is smart with the puck and makes the right plays needed to win.

Nikolai Kovall, Delaware Ducks

Nikolai is a fast skater who has a nose for the net. He uses his strong shot to his advantage to help his team win.

Caleb Cecchetti, Ashburn Xtreme 2

Caleb possesses a deadly combination of speed and stick handling skills. On top of this, he has a deadly shot he uses to score for his team.

Mason Filato, North Jersey Skylands Kings White

Mason possesses excellent passing abilities to help set his teammates up for big goals. He is a team-first player and brings a great attitude every game.

DEFENSEMEN:

Gianni Melfi, Royals Hockey Club American

Gianni has excellent defensive instincts and is a great skater. He is someone on the team who loves to lead by example and works hard on the ice.

Ben Sneeringer, Tomorrow’s North Stars

Ben is someone who loves to play defense. He is a hard worker in front of the net and does a great job moving the puck and racking up assists.

Jack Ferry, Delaware Ducks

Jack is a steady defenseman who is strong in his own zone. He can contribute offensively too with his strong shot from the blue line.

Braden Groves, MYHA Gold

Ben is a skilled defenseman with a strong stride who is as fluent skating backward as he is skating forward. When not on the ice, Braden practices in the family garage to continue to improve his skills.

Cullen Almond, NJ Bandits Grey

Cullen is a strong two-way defenseman with a hard shot to boot. It can be trouble when he lets a shot go from the point.

Connor Pendleton, Ashburn Xtreme 2

Connor is a strong defensive-minded defenseman who uses physicality to his advantage. He can also contribute offensively too with his excellent passes.

Luke Cunningham, Royals Hockey Club National

Luke’s skating is powerful, dynamic, and oftentimes deceptive. While posing an offensive threat anywhere on the ice, Luke has made a living in the defensive corners and around his own net.

Brady Farbman, Jersey Shore Wildcats

Brady loves to join the rush as a defenseman. He has had many clutch moments throughout his career and is an impact player.

Kaden Chamberlain, North Jersey Skylands Kings White

Kaden is an excellent poke checker and is excellent in the defensive end. He is a fast skater and isn’t afraid to do what it takes to stop the opposition.

GOALIES:

James O’Neill, Royals Hockey Club American

James has been described by his coach as “our brick wall.” He is constantly showing a strong work ethic and is a student of the game.

Brady Marksamer, Tomorrow’s North Stars

Brady uses his size to come out, challenge and cut down angles on opposing skaters. His favorite goaltender is Henrik Lundqvist.

Logan Mitchell, Royals Hockey Club National

Logan leaves opposing scorers shaking their heads and coaches nodding in approval. Whether it’s his sound positioning or ability to make some unbelievable stops with his great pushes and terrific reflexes, Logan continues to impress everyone.

Gabriel Hernandez, MYHA Gold

Gabriel has great eye-hand coordination, enjoys tracking the puck and blocking, attributes that build on his year-round baseball skills as a centerfielder. If players ever hear a song while on the ice, it’s because, on a breakaway, he says he hums to himself to keep his nerves down while tracking.

Justin Pribish, Team Philadelphia

Justin is a strong goaltender in between the pipes who looks to help lead Team Philadelphia to some big wins this weekend.

Marko Stulic, Jersey Shore Wildcats

Marko is a very intelligent netminder. He never gives his net up and is always in a position to make a big save.

Arabella DeKorte, North Jersey Skylands Kings White

Nicknamed “Kings Squirt A’s Great Wall of China,” Arabella works hard every practice to be the best netminder she can be. She is dedicated to being the best she can be as well as a great teammate.

FORWARDS

TJ Brower, Brick Hockey Club
As a leader on and off the ice, Brower is able to see the ice very well from the center position. Strong in the faceoff dot, Brower make sures to keep his own defensive end clean, while also make sure all his shots on goal count.

Spencer Applebaum, Jersey Shore Wildcats White
Strong on the puck, Applebaum makes it hard for defenders to knock him off it. With a high compete level, Applebaum can use his speed and heavy shot to create plenty of off ense for Jersey Shore.

Connor Blewett, Philadelphia Blazers
An energy player, Blewett competes every shift with a workman like mentality. A gritty player, Blewett brings plenty of heart to the Blazers’ roster.

Thomas Carbone, Jersey Shore Wildcats White
A solid skater, Carbone compliments his skating with strong stickhandling and a decent shot. Strength on the puck makes it hard for Carbone to get knocked off possession.

Michael Nelson, North Jersey Aspen Kings
Recognized as a top team player, Nelson is no stranger to mucking it up in the corners to get the puck out for the Aspen Kings. Nelson is also unselfish, often tallying more assists than goals by the end of the season.

Maciej Blon, Philadelphia Blazers
With a strong shot and solid hands, Blon serves as a playmaker for the Blazers. Keen off ensive awareness helps Blon be a solid contributor for this squad.

Connor Simonson, Brick Hockey Club
With a nose for the puck, Simonson is wherever a coach needs him to be. A well-balanced player with size, speed, and strength; Simonson creates havoc for opponents through all 200-feet of the rink.

Jude Large, Philadelphia Blazers
Large possesses solid speed through the rink, while also contributing a little grit. A heads-up passer, Large’s vision of the ice allows him to kick-start the off ense.

Brady Acropolis, Brick Hockey Club
With solid vision of the ice, Acropolis is able to know when to distribute the puck and when to take it himself. One of the bigger offensive threats for Brick, Acropolis makes defenders think before they overcommit to the pass or the shot.

Peter Psaras, North Jersey Aspen Kings
Even with cracking jokes in the locker room, Psaras’ goal scoring ability is no laughing matter. With a natural scoring touch and solid stick-handling ability, Psaras shows his a performer both on and off the ice.

Brandon Clayton, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
Clayton uses his speed and elusiveness to get past the opposing defense. The respect he gets with his speed allows more time for plays to open up for his teammates.

Shiva Kuttikat, North Jersey Aspen Kings
As a multi-positional player, Kuttikat has displayed a solid two-way game as a forward. A blue collar attitude shows that Kuttikat can be called upon in any situation on the ice.

DEFENSE

Matthew Fritz, Philadelphia Blazers
Size and physicality is the calling card for Fritz’s play. If muscle in his own end isn’t enough, Fritz’s hard, heavy shot from the point helps the depth of the Blazers off ense.

Niko Stulic, Jersey Shore Wildcats White
With great vision in his end, Stulic is able to start the offensive side of the game for the Wildcats. With superb skating ability, he is able to read the game well and make adjustments on the fly.

Kyle Rabkin, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
Rabkin is a steady two-way defenseman who knows when to jump up in the play and when to respect the opponent and play sound defense. Strong on both sides of the puck, Rabkin helps anchor the Wildcats defensive corps.

Kyle Smith, Philadelphia Blazers
A sneaky, heavy snap shot allows Smith to jump up in the play from the blue line. Coupled with his smooth skating, Smith can get it done at both ends of the rink.

Max Larson, Brick Hockey Club
Having led his prior teams in many offensive categories in years past, Larson’s smooth skating and ability to read places on both sides of the ice. Able to retrieve pucks in his own end, Larson is quick to transition to play for offensive chances for Brick.

Giovanni Tritto, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
With solid playmaking ability, Tritto helps start the offense for the WIldcats Black squad. With a solid vision on the ice, he’s able to jump up on offensive, while having the sense enough to get back on the defensive end of things.

GOALIE

Gianna Raggio, Philadelphia Blazers
Raggio brings top notch awareness in the crease for the Blazers. While Raggio is positionally sound, she can also use quick reactions to stymy the opposition.

Thomas McGrath and DJ Swierk, Brick Hockey Club
A dual threat in net, McGrath and Swierk are both able to steal games whenever called upon. The duo are able to play off each other very well, able pick one another up when needed, and prove to be a big strength to the Brick lineup.

Jayden Ellis, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
Ellis is a cornerstone on this Wildcats squad, making sure that they’re able to stay in games with his stops in the crease. With support from his defense, Ellis is able to see shots clearly, allowing him to position properly.

Adam Yacuk and Merrick Ferierra, North Jersey Aspen Kings
Another strong duo of goalie in this division, as Yacuk and Ferierra prove to be a big backbone of the Aspen Kings side. Unselfish with their game, both display the dedication to each other to help the success of the team.

Forwards:

Kyle Butchyk – Jersey Shore Wildcats Black

– A forward that is a critical cog in the Jersey Shore offensive machine. Kyle’s great hands and quick skating accompanies a fantastic shot to contribute on the ice.

Chris Kay – North Jersey Aspen Kings Blue

– If he gets room to unleash a shot, look out. With one of the hardest shots you will see in the showcase, Kay is a driving force of the North Jersey offense and power play. Through four games, Kay is among showcase leaders in points with eight (3 G, 4 A).

Steven Keane – North Jersey Aspen Kings Blue

– Keane is not only a wise player, but a skilled one, as well. With an excellent ability to read defenses, Kean has already potted four goals and added an assist in five games.

Defense:

Jack Battistelli – Jersey Shore Wildcats Black

– A solid two-way defenseman, Jack handles the puck with ease and skates well, too. Jack’s back-check stiffles opponents while he can also move the puck to establish offensive attacks.

Rich Williams – Jersey Shore Wildcats Black

– Rich is an offensive-minded defenseman with the skillset to supplement his role on the ice. He has great vision when moving the puck and an accurate shot.

Goalies:

Phil Togno – North Jersey Aspen Kings Blue

– A very skilled netminder, Togno has a perfect combination of reflexes, puck tracking, and precise movement. With a knack for always being in the right place at the right time, few pucks elude Togno.

Forwards:

FORWARDS

Brody Acropolis, Brick Hockey Club
Leading the team in all offensive categories, Acropolis netted two hat tricks during the showcase. His 11 points was tied for first among all U14A players in the showcase.

Spencer Applebaum, Jersey Shore Wildcats White
With nine goals and 11 points in three games, Applebaum put the Wildcats on his shoulders in the showcase. The drive in Applebaum was noticeable with his strong skating and relentless play all throughout the weekend.

Connor Blewett, Philadelphia Blazers
Despite not being the biggest player on the ice, Blewett showed up in a big way being a pest and not giving up an inch for the puck all weekend. Blewett’s heart and soul effort showed the fight that was in the Blazers team in the showcase.

Ben Skutnik, North Jersey Aspen Kings Grey
The kid known as “Spuds” led the team in points with seven, four of them being goals. The center was playing with plenty of jump in his play and knew this was a place for him to step up his game to another level.

Connor Martin, Haverford Hawks White
With six goals in four games, Martin helped the Hawks offensively by also leading the team in points with nine. Despite being short handed at center, Martin compete and energy shone through and kept the Hawks going all weekend.

Brandon Clayton, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
Leading the way with six goals and eight points, Clayton’s skill was on full display this weekend. With his magician-like puck handling, Clayton chipped in on one-third of his team’s scoring.

Braeden McClure, York Devils
With a two-goal game to open up the showcase, McClure helped the Devils’ offensive production. Not only that, but McClure was a big part of the marathon shootout by netting four goals on his attempts.

Kaden Longo, Team Philadelphia

A new addition to Team Philadelphia who is proving to be a strong offensive threat. Put up 5 points in the opening weekend, contributing points in three of four games. Also brings a balanced approach and demonstrates his ability to play on both ends of the ice.

Brendan Cardarelli, Team Philadelphia

A versatile player who made the transition from defense to offense in the second game of the weekend as Team Philadelphia made some early season adjustments. During his first game on offense, Brendan put up an impressive two goals and three assists.

DEFENSE

Luke Rudo, Brick Hockey Club
Not a part of the pre-tournament players to watch, Rudo made a case to be on that list from here on out. Rudo led the BHC defense in scoring with two goals and four points on the weekend, as well as helping his team secure two shutouts for their goalie.

Brandon Truax, Haverford Hawks White
A dual threat on the back-end and playing a little forward, Truax added plenty of physical presence to the Haverford game. The physical play of Truax gave the Hawks that extra spark when they needed it.

Charlie Wagenbach, North Jersey Aspen Kings Grey
Having to play every other shift definitely got Wagenbach noticed this weekend. The left-handed defenseman battled throughout the weekend and was able to tally an assist in the opening game of the weekend.

Leah Yedwab, Igloo Jaguars
Making sure to stand her ground, Yedwab was a presence in front of the Jaguars’ net and didn’t back down from a battle. With a solid hockey IQ and quick feet, Yedwab has a breakout performance for herself this weekend.

GOALIE

Drew Diech, Igloo Jaguars
With a flair for the dramatic, Diech got his first win with the Jaguars in a 13-round shootout against York. To add onto that, in his next game, Diech put up a shutout to mark his save percentage at .935 for the showcase.

Merrick Ferreira, North Jersey Aspen Kings Grey
Only allowing two goals on the weekend Ferreira was more than solid between the pipes. Stopping 50 out of 52 shots, Ferreira came away from the weekend with a .962 save percentage.

Bruno Mainardi, Haverford Hawks White
With timely saves and great communication with his defense, Mainardi kept the Hawks confidence high with him between the pipes. His communication helped stymie the forecheck, while also allowing a good first past out of the zone.

Zidane Brena, Team Philadelphia

Came out strong in his opening appearance of the year, making several dynamic saves which enabled his team to gain some momentum in their first game of the season. Also stood strong during a very tight game that eventually went to overtime. Zidane will be half of the very strong goaltending duo that Team Philadelphia has this year.

FORWARDS:

Jack Scott, Brick Hockey Club White

Jack led the Brick Hockey Club over the weekend with 14 goals and 1 assist. He showed poise and great offensive ability, but most importantly, he showed leadership qualities when he volunteered to play defense when the team needed him.

Shane Hicks-Cree, Hollydell Hurricanes White

Shane proved to be excellent in both the offensive and defensive zone. He hustled all weekend and was a cornerstone in the defensive effort, all while scoring two goals as well.

Tyler McDow, Jersey Shore Wildcats Red

Tyler is another forward who proved clutch in the defensive zone while being a forward. He showed patience and hockey IQ to make the plays he needed to make. He also showed off his offensive instincts, scoring a team-high four goals and five points.

Kieran Prozorov, Royals Hockey Club National White

Kieran is a goal scorer through and through. He has a scoring touch and finds himself in position every time. Smart with the puck, Kieran was able to move the puck to his teammates and keep plays alive. He tallied eight goals and 12 points this past weekend.

Walker Boyd, Team Philadelphia Orange

Walker showed excellent offensive instincts all weekend long. This was highlighted in a game against the New Jersey Stars, scoring four goals and an assist.

Jack Newton, Hollydell Hurricanes White

Jack showed off his offensive instincts in his first year as a squirt. He used his hockey IQ and skill to score his first goal as a squirt!

Carter Herring, Royals Hockey Club National White

Carter proved he is to be considered with the top players in this division this weekend. He controlled the play and scored his share of goals (nine to be exact). His tenacity and hands allowed him to consistently push the play into the offensive zone.

Vincent Pagano, Grundy Senators

Vincent loves hyping the team on the ice and high-fiving the opposing team also when they do well. He is a great team player with great offensive skills, highlighting this with his first-ever hat-trick.

Brian Delfin, Grundy Senators

Brian brings energy every game and loves hyping his team up to take the ice. He recorded three points this weekend and showed off some clutch scoring ability, netting the game-winning shootout goal in a win against Jersey Shore.

DEFENSEMEN:

Gabriel Acevado, Brick Hockey Club White

Gabriel was an anchor for Brick’s defense this past weekend. Not only did he play solid 2-way defense while showing a knack for his natural skating ability, he also scored the game-winning goal in Brick’s shootout victory Saturday afternoon.

Avery Jones, Tomorrow’s North Stars White

Avery not only contributed with an assist this weekend but took on a massive leadership role for the team. Tasked with helping inexperienced players adjust, he took on the role with flying colors and helped them tidy up their game. He made sure they knew to shake it off when mistakes were made and showed great sportsmanship throughout.

Seth McDonald, Royals Hockey Club National White

Seth is a well-rounded hockey player. His speed and athleticism helped him shut down the opposing teams on defense. Seth used his vision and his hands to charge up the ice, surprising the other teams, to score in spectacular fashion. These skills were reflected in the eight goals and eleven points he totaled.

Brody Kassa, Jersey Shore Wildcats Red

Brody was a force in front of the net, using his size and stick skills to clear the crease. He showed he can contribute offensively as well with a goal and assist on the weekend.

Elek Lukas, Tomorrow’s North Stars White

Elek played every position this past weekend, showing off his athletic ability in each one. When he played defense, he showed great skills to force the opposition out of the offensive zone while holding strong on the blue line and allowing no goals against.

GOALIES:

Peter Gaffney, Team Philadelphia Orange

Peter shined in between the pipes for Team Philadelphia. He earned star of the game honors for his shutout win this past Saturday against the Hollydell Hurricanes, staying poised and focused throughout the game.

Julia Sammarco, Brick Hockey Club White

Julia registered a shut-out in her first game as a Squirt and made many key saves over the weekend. She shows natural athletic ability in her side-to-side movements and battles for every loose puck. She plays her angles well and rarely leaves a rebound.

Tomas Ancinec, Tomorrow’s North Stars White

Tomas showed how clutch he could be in goal this past weekend, shutting down breakaways in key moments of the game. He turned aside 22 shots in two games.

Carter Bryson, Grundy Senators

Carter maintained a positive attitude throughout the weekend and showed off in between the pipes as well, recording 85 saves! He also made three big saves in the shootout to help his team secure a win over Jersey Shore.

FORWARD:

Ryan Swartzell, Capital City Vipers National

Ryan is a hard-working forward that never gives up and always drives the net hard. He’s an aggressive forechecker and has a thing for scoring big goals as well, scoring a shootout game-winner.

Justin Pacheco, Philadelphia Blazers National

Having success in the face-off circle this weekend, Pacheco was a reliable center to have on the rink. Also sharing the team lead in points (6), he netted a nasty breakaway goal this weekend after striping a D man of the puck and turning on the speed.

Henry Colonna, North Jersey Avalanche Gold

Henry brought his A-game this weekend, leading his team in points with seven. His hockey IQ shined as he was able to make plays to put the puck in the back of the net.

Braxton Menkiti, MYHA Blue

Braxton used hustle and hard work to make a big impact on his team. He started off with a strong five-goal performance against Philadelphia and finished with the fourth-most points in his division (14).

Cooper Stanisz, Brick Hockey Club 2

Cooper brought 100% effort to every game he played and it reflected on the scoresheet. He was the team’s most consistent scorer, recording three goals and four points total.

Henry Rielly, Jersey Shore Wildcats Red

With a hat trick in the Wildcats’ 6-5 shootout loss to the 4-0 Delaware Ducks Reilly scored more goals (3) against the Ducks in one game than they had let up (2) in their three previous games. He also scored the game-tying goal against Team Philadelphia very late in the 3rd period. Reilly is tied for the Wildcats team lead with 5 goals after the weekend.

Jonathan Eves, Haverford Hawks

Jonathan was the offensive leader for the Hawks this weekend tallying 5 goals and 7 assists. His consistency in making offensive plays helped the Hawks get off to quick starts and having an undefeated weekend.

DEFENSE:

Anthony Doone, Capital City Vipers National

Anthony is a leader for the Vipers and showed his willingness to lay it all on the line for his team, blocking 15 shots in four games. He showed off his speed as well, rushing the puck up the ice to create numerous scoring opportunities.

Tyler Nevroski, Philadelphia Blazers National

Leading his team on and off the ice, this Captain did it all this weekend. Shutting down top players in the defensive zone and scoring big goals on offense. Nevrotski had the nicest slap shot goal from the blue line all weekend.

Zachary Shen, Brick Hockey Club 2

Zachary showed what it meant to be a true shut-down defenseman this past weekend, stifling the opponent’s offense every chance he got.

Jackson Skaare, MYHA Blue

Jackson was a force on the penalty kill throughout the weekend for his team. He also scored two goals, one of which was a big goal late in the third period against Jersey Shore on an end-to-end rush in a 5-2 win.

Reece Corneau, Jersey Shore Wildcats Red

Reece relies on a combination of great anticipation, a giant heart, and superior stick skills to shut down forwards all weekend. Despite usually having a size advantage against Corneau, opposing forwards had a difficult time carrying the puck around him.

GOALIES:

Dylan Myers, Capital City Vipers

Dylan was as clutch as a goalie could be this past weekend, stopping ten total breakaways and stopping five shootout attempts in the Vipers’ first win. He always stayed positive, even when the score was not in his team’s favor, and helped out coaches when he was on the bench.

Artin Toufouyan, North Jersey Avalanche Gold

Artin was a brick wall for the Avalanche at the showcase, highlighted by a shutout performance in his team’s 4-0 win over Capital City.

Owen Korth, Brick Hockey Club 2

Owen stood tall in net for his team this past weekend, doing his part to help his team to two wins. He made clutch saves throughout the showcase and even recorded 49 saves in a game against Team Philadelphia Orange.

Maya Sturm, Jersey Shore Wildcats Red

Boasting a .907 sv pct, Sturm did everything she could (47 saves) to keep the undermanned Wildcats in their game long enough to storm back late to tie the Ducks. Sturm also had a shutout against Ashburn and was a major reason why the Wildcats were undefeated in regulation through 4 games.

Harry Kool, Haverford Hawks

The big man in net had a tremendous weekend in his two starts allowing only one goal and recording his first shutout of the season. His 0.957 Save % is a big reason the Hawks went undefeated in their first showcase.

FORWARDS

Devin Valeri, Hollydell Hurricanes Gold
A big presence in front, Valeri has been a top producer for the Hurricanes so far this season. A threat in the blue paint, Valeri causes plenty of havoc in front and gets rewarded for taking the abuse in front of the net.

James Smack, Maryland Jr. Black Bears White
With 16 goals in five AHF games, it’s safe to say that Smack has plenty of offensive upside to his game. A natural in scoring, Smack has hat-tricks in four of his five games played for the Jr. Black Bears.

Nicholas Calandra, Jersey Shore Wildcats Red
In only eight games, Calandra has posted 21 goals for Jersey Shore; far eclipsing his 12 goals in 18 games last season in U16 A. While he did have better than a point-per-game last season in U16 A, Calandra has used that season as a huge jumping off point heading into this season.

Aidan Rozell, Brick Hockey Club
In only nine games, Rozell has matched his output from last season in U16 A with six goals and 13 points in half as many games last year. With a solid showing in the August Showcase, Rozell is looking to take control on the bigger stage once again.

Ryan Jarvie, Atlantic City Sharks
In his first year with Atlantic City, Jarvie has made quite an impression with 10 points in his first six games. Jarvie has great vision of the ice and solid decision making when it comes to handling the puck.

Patrick Shearn, Grundy Senators
With a balanced attack, Shearn provides a dual threat in the offense for the Senators. While he does have a solid goal scoring touch, his ability to dish the puck to his teammates around him keeps the defense guessing on what he’ll do when he has the puck.

Ethan Bui, Hollydell Hurricanes Gold
While he might not be the biggest on the team, Bui’s heart and speed make up for that. A vicious back-checker, Bui won’t back down from the competition and will give as good as he gets. Many feel that he’s one of the top defensive forwards in the division.

DEFENSE

Tony Brandl, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
Brandl leads his squad with 10 goals this season, which is a huge feat for the blue-liner. A solid puck moving defenseman, Brandl not only adds offense; but he makes sure to be as responsible in his own end to help out his goalies.

Tyler Peterson, North Jersey Aspen Kings Grey
A solid puck-moving defenseman, Peterson leads all defenders across the division with eight assists on the season so far. The right-handed shot defenseman has solid vision of the ice in order to find his teammates for prime scoring chances.

Gavin Nace, Hollydell Hurricanes White
Even though he’s one of the more undersized defenders, Nace has put up a 2.25 points-per-game mark in AHF play this season. You’d never know that Nace is in his first season of U16 A hockey, but uses his solid skating talent to close any gap there may have been coming into the year.

GOALIE

Cody Arnold and Lucas Vellequette, New Jersey Jets
Arnold and Vellequette sport the lowest goals-against in the division with only two goals against given up between the two. Arnold has three shutouts on the season and Vellequette has one in a combined 255 minutes of AHF game time.

Owen El-Attar, Delaware Ducks
Having only let up three goals in four games, El-Attar has been solid for Delaware this season. With a 0.75 GAA and .950 save percentage, El-Attar has been one of the top goalies in the division.

Shane Brannick, Atlantic City Sharks
Brannick has played over 300 minutes this season and has a 2.17 GAA and .910 save percentage. In his six games this season, Brannick has only allowed more than one goal twice on the season.

Grundy Senators vs. North Jersey Aspen Kings Grey, September 24th, 6:50 PM
This game is a rematch of an epic at the opening showcase, which saw an eight-round shootout end with Grundy coming out on top. The Senators are coming in hot with a five-game winning streak in AHF and top scorer Evan Eisler having eight points (5g, 3a) in his last four games. North Jersey matches that with Nick Falco in the line-up, who has 13 points (10g, 3a) in seven games this season. These teams are separated by only two points in the AHF U16 A Gold standings.

Jersey Shore Wildcats Black vs. Delaware Ducks, September 24th, 7:15 PM
One of the highest scoring teams in the division will take on one of the toughest defenses in the division. Six players from Jersey Shore have five or more goals on the season: Tony Brandl (10), Nicholas Fanizza (9), Jason Sassano (9), Michael Rivelli (5), Matthew Doherty (5), and Daniel Daluise (5). For Delaware, only Paul Cisar (7) and Kevin Christensen (5) have over five goals; they have limited teams to only 13.4 shots-per-game in their five games this season.

St. James (Showcase) vs. York Devils, September 25th, 11:20 AM
Two teams at the middle of the table for the U16 A Silver have plenty to play for to crack the top-four on the division. St. James as a Showcase-only squad has plenty to prove in a shorter time. Both Ian Martin (2g, 3a) and Colin Regan (3g, 1a) have done well upfront for the offense with Bennett Mullin (3g) and Marcus Rector (3a) providing support on the backend. Rylan Schneider has been a star for York with 14 goals in seven games, while he has plenty of support from Colin Chapman (2g, 6a) and Gavin Smith (3g, 3a).

FORWARDS
Nadav Emenecker, Igloo Jaguars
Emenecker just needed three games to hit double-digits in points. With nine goals and six assists on the weekend, Emenecker helped the Jaguars to a solid three-win weekend in their first slate of games in the AHF.

Anthony Kulp, Team Philadelphia Orange
With four multi-points games, Kulp made his presence known at the Showcase with six goals and five assists in four games. With his balanced attack and knowing when to shoot and when to pass, Kulp helped the Orange Team Philadelphia to a perfect weekend.

Logan Doyle, Grundy Senators
With seven points in four games, Doyle was a key part in the Senators’ undefeated weekend. Scoring four goals on Friday to set the tone, Doyle finished with six goals and an assist during the Showcase.

Jason Sassano, Jersey Shore Wildcats Black
In only three games, Sassano was able to pot three goals and register eight points for the Wildcats during the Showcase. His stickhandling ability and vision to set-up his teammates helped the Wildcats take two of three on the weekend.

Nicholas Denadai, Team Philadelphia White
Denadai had six goals in only four games for Team Philadelphia and led the way during their three win weekend. Denadai didn’t hold back when it came to the shooting aspect of the game, while also registering a hat-trick on Sunday’s morning match-up.

DEFENSE
Sean Stevenson, Team Philadelphia Black
While he registered five points (1g, 4a) in his last two games of the Showcase, Stevenson helped lead the Philadelphia defense to a defensive showcase. Stevenson and the rest of Team Philadelphia’s defense held the opposition to two goals in four games and only 52 shots on goals in all four games (13 shots against per game).

Jake Chromcik, North Jersey Bandits
With four goals and five points in this Showcase, Chromcik stood out offensively– and not just from his 6’2 frame. The left-handed shot defender not only was stellar with the puck, but was able to use his size to keep the opposition to the outside and limiting key chances against the Bandits.

GOALIE
Aidan Holycross, St. James (Showcase)
In two games of action, Holycross faced 47 total shots and only let two behind him. With a GAA of 1.00 and a save percentage of .957, Holycross helped St. James with two of their three wins of the Showcase.

Shane Brannick, Atlantic City Sharks
Brannick faced plenty of pucks this weekend, stopping 112 of 118 shots in just over three games this weekend with a stat line of 1.80 GAA and a .949 save percentage. Helping the Sharks to three wins on the weekend, Brannick also assisted on the game-winning goal in the team’s last game of the Showcase.
