A tough test for both teams, a huge Saturday will begin with this interesting game. The Huskies will look to earn their first AHF showcase win in this matchup. Defenseman Leo Gandolfo has been a leading force for the team, scoring 9 goals through six games. Iceland Hamilton will hope to see him lead offensive efforts against the leaders of the Mite A division. The Rebels are 8-0-0 this season, but will see a step up in competition when they face a resilient Huskies side from the Adv division on Saturday morning. The Huskies will face a difficult test, going up against an undefeated Rebels team, but both teams have the talent and will to come out on top.

North Jersey Blizzard vs. Venom – November 6, 10:15 AM

It should be an intriguing showdown when the Blizzard (4-5-0) and Venom (2-4-0) face off on Saturday morning. Led by the strong shot of Miles Lee (14 goals), the Blizzard have been off to a good start so far this season. Venom has a good defensive game, especially as the game progresses. They will look to continue their momentum from a win in their last game over the Iceland Hamilton Huskies. North Jersey has won both previous matchups this season, including a 6-2 decision last month. Lee scored a hat trick for the Blizzard, but a valiant effort in net from Maxx Golden held the Blizzard scoreless after the first period. Both teams will look to gather a big win to start a big day.

West Chester Wolverines vs. Ashburn Rebels – November 6, 11:10 AM

An offensive juggernaut and a well-rounded side will do battle when two of the division’s best teams meet on Saturday. Ashburn (8-1-1) has scored an impressive 153 goals through their opening 10 games. The Rebels are led by the division’s scoring leader, Sebastian Northup. He has 43 goals and 7 assists in 10 games, a great pace of 5 points per game. West Chester (4-2-0) has a deep roster, featuring plenty of players willing to score and contribute defensively. The first time these teams met resulted in a classic, with the Wolverines prevailing 9-8 in a shootout. Nine goals were netted in the final period, including a tying tally for West Chester by Danny Kane. This should be a fantastic rematch between the division’s elite.
